Condition of your product(s)?

We pride ourselves on sourcing the contents of our
products from reputable seller(s) across the world. We strive to provide
continuity with the condition of cards, sourcing cards straight from booster
packs, and packs straight from booster boxes, however, there are small
exceptions when it comes to rare cards/packs sourced from
collections. The term 'pack fresh' is not to be mistaken for 'near
mint'.



Booster packs come in all many shapes and sizes regardless of being
sealed within booster boxes. We'd love to provide crispy-mint packs in all our
products, however, we are unable to control Pokémon's manufacturing. It's
not uncommon to find packs 'dented', 'crimpled', 'folded' or 'bent'. Packs can
also contain micro tears and/or holes that appear throughout an
entire booster boxes contents, in similar placements; we can assume are apart
of manufacturing, and it is not uncommon to find packs with small openings
towards the edges of crimps, they are still sealed and in tact. Packs may also
contain small amounts of sticker residue, particularly with older series packs
were sticker(s) have been previously removed - these packs are usually in
excess of 10 years old. 



Please be mindful that we can turn over thousands of vintage cards every month,
and that means that sometimes our human eyes do miss things, we're only
human.

How do you make the Mystery Boxes?

We pride ourselves on sourcing our contents from reputable
seller(s) across the world. We’re providing packs straight from booster boxes
to provide consistency with the quality and value of our cards and packs. We do
also buy large collections from trusted sellers.



Cards are catalogued, sleeved, and top-loaded. We strive to provide
continuity with the condition of cards, sourcing cards straight from booster
packs, however, there are exceptions when it comes to rare cards/packs sourced
from collections. The term 'pack fresh' is not to be mistaken for 'near
mint'.



Cards and packs are randomly inserted into our mystery boxes based on the odds
that we have advertised for that particular product. 

Every box is hand assembled, sealed with our tamper-proofing
sticker, and plastic wrapped. Once boxes are sealed, they are shuffled to
ensure chances are equal. *Not
every product is eligible for tamper-proofing, and/or plastic wrapping. 

 

Do you weigh your packs?

All booster packs within our Vintage Vault are sourced reliably
from reputable seller(s). It's simple, if we receive a pack weighed,
we will disclose the weight in grams. In the rare instance that we *guarantee a
holographic Pokémon card, we will provide a 25% refund of the purchased amount
less postage, if a holographic Pokémon card is not pulled - conditions apply* refer
to our refund policy page.



Note: Not every set of scales is equal, nor is the environment that people
weigh in equal. You can expect a deviation of approx. 0.05g from any weight
advertised. 

Tamper-seal

We pride ourselves on hand assembling, checking and sealing every
single mystery box. Once we apply our tamper proof seal, the only way to access
the contents of our products is to either peel the sticker leaving a void
residue or cut the stick in half.



Additionally, we heat seal our products with a low density polyethylene which
adds a secondary layer of protection and tamper proofing. Excluding One Pack Wonders and One
Hit Wonder's.
